Ingredients
19 oz cheese tortellini
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 cup sliced pepperoni, cut into small pieces
1 cup sliced salami, cut into small pieces
8 oz cubed mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced peperoncino peppers
- Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to let the tortellini completely cool down.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the dressing ingredients and whisk well.
- To the bowl with the dressing, add the tortellini, black olives, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella cheese, and peperoncino peppers and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!

- You can add any toppings you enjoy to this pasta salad, for example bell peppers or anything!
