Slow Cooker Seasoned Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
9 smaller red potatoes, diced
12oz frozen or fresh green beans (Not canned)
- Marinade
1 lemon, juiced (Fresh)
2 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions
- In the slow cooker, add in the chicken breast and on one side add in the potatoes and the other side for green beans. Pour the marinade over it all.
- Cook on low for about 5 to 6 hours or until chicken cooked completely! Enjoy

- Use fresh lemon juice, not the bottled lemon juice.

Hi, Will it be ok to add a little bit of chicken broth? Is it the same cooking time if I use a 7 quart crock pot with thighs instead of chicken breast?
I just made this last night and it was so delicious! I love crockpot meals in the winter, thanks again Julia.
the chicken has a lot of juice as it cooks.
It seems like very little liquid for a slow cooker! Besides the lemon juice and the oil, no other liquids?
Would swapping in sweet potatoe work?
