Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts sliced in half horizontally

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 4 tbs butter

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 2 tbs all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 lb fettuccine noodles

Directions

  • Season the chicken with the dried bail and oregano on both sides sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Boil your noodles in a pot of water
  • To a hot skillet add olive oil then add the chicken cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until your chicken reaches 165 degrees. Remove the chicken to a separate plate and set aside
  • Add the butter to your skillet and let it melt. Add the minced garlic in and let it get fragrant it’ll take about (1 minute) next whisk in the flour let it get a golden color it’ll take about (1 minute) slowly whisk in the heavy cream the milk let simmer to thicken
  • Whisk in the parmesan cheese let it melt then serve

  1. I’ve searched the world over for your chicken alfredo lasagna but can’t find it. I’m a little sad. It looked delicious on the video. I’ll be watching it again to figure it out.
