BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
3 lbs of pork butt or shoulder
Hamburger buns for the end
- Dry Rub
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbs garlic salt
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
- Sauce
1 tbs minced garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbs liquid smoke
Directions
- In a small bowl mix the dry rib ingredients together
- In a medium bowl mix the sauce ingredients together
- Rub the dry rub all over the pork then place in the slow cooker
- Pour the sauce ingredients over the top of the pork. Cook on low for 8 hours
- Once cooked shred the pork in the slow cooker then serve in buns with BBQ sauce on top. I added fresh sliced onions in my pork sandwich as well! Enjoy
