Tips and tricks for this easy chicken pasta recipe:

Do I need to cook the pasta?

You do NOT need to cook the pasta ahead of time! That is one of the amazing things about this garlic parmesan chicken pasta. when you add the chicken broth or chicken stock to this recipe, it will have enough liquid in the casserole dish with the tender chicken to cook the al dente pasta.

Type of chicken to use:

Use either a can of chicken breasts, or a store-bought rotisserie chicken, or place a few chicken breasts in an instant pot, and shred the chicken to use in the casserole.

What type of creamy sauce is in this bake recipe:

When you combine the Alfredo sauce with the chicken broth and extra cream cheese, you will get the best parmesan sauce without having to use any heavy cream making a delicious weeknight dinner recipe.

Add more veggies:

If you want to add even more veggies to this recipe, add in some fresh spinach, fresh green beans, or red peppers would be a great addition to this simple recipe that the whole family will enjoy!
