Baked Chuck Roast

Ingredients
4 lb chuck roast
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 cup beef broth
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray, add the roast into the baking dish and season with salt and pepper add the beef broth.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 4-5 hours or until fall apart tender. Shred with two forks and enjoy!
