Angel Hair Pasta with Tomatoes

Ingredients
8 ounces angel hair pasta
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil (or 2 tsp of dried)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil on the stove add the pasta in and cook according to the package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, to a medium sized bowl add in the diced tomatoes, green onions, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Once the pasta is tender strain then add it back into the pot. Add in the olive oil and diced tomato mixture stir well, and serve

Hi Julia! Excited to try this one out, my toddler picked it from one of your videos! I do have a question though. Could I use avocado oil instead of olive oil or is the flavor big on the olive oil?
