Tuscan Sun Dried Tomato Chicken

Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
15 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 yellow onion, diced
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
Directions
- To a slow cooker add in the chicken sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper, spread the minced garlic over the top of the chicken now add in the sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and onion cook on low for six hours
- Add the spinach in and continue to cook for 20 to 30 minutes to wilt the spinach down
