Chorizo and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 large russet potatoes, diced small
1/3 cup yellow onion, diced
9 oz pork chorizo
1/3 cup water
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
Directions
- To a large pan on the stove over medium heat add in all of the ingredients except for the spinach and stir. Let cook for 10-15 sitting often minutes or until the potatoes and chorizo are cooked through.
- Stir in the spinach let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until it wilts down. Enjoy
