  1. I really liked this recipe. I’d never had parmesan garlic wing sauce. I bought the Buffalo Wildwings brand and, oh boy, is it delicious. My toddler found it hot, but he was a trooper through most of the meal until the heat really built up. So, just a heads-up for others on that. I’ll definitely make this again for the rest of my family, but wait til my toddler is older & can handle spicy foods better before I serve it to him again.

  2. I was looking for a delicious yet simple and easy recipe for this evening. I made the dish exactly as you did and it was a super hit! Absolutely delicious and I think the Parmesan Garlic sauce just make it over the top!

Easy to put together, nice visually with red potatoes and green garlic. Good flavors for our family. My 11 by 15 “jelly roll” sheet pan was crowded with a 3/4 sized recipe. You may need 2 pans for a full recipe if you don’t have a huge sheet pan. I used an easy-to-make homemade equivalent for the wings sauce (to save a shopping trip), and will slightly increase the garlic powder and the salt in that next time, or get bottled.
