The juiciest pork tenderloin that you’ll ever make is surrounded by buttery seasoned potatoes and veggies. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or even a Sunday meal with the family, this Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin is one of the easiest meals that I’ve ever created.

Ingredients for Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin and Vegetables

Buying a pre-seasoned pork tenderloin is the real secret in this recipe. You’ll end up saving time and the pork will be delicious and flavorful because it’s been marinating in the seasoning since it was packaged! Pre-seasoned meats usually run a little more expensive than normal tenderloins, but it’s not too bad. If you don’t want to use a pre-seasoned pork tenderloin, you could season it with your favorite rub.

  • pre-seasoned pork tenderloin (I like to buy the pre-seasoned packaged ones from the grocery store. Any flavor works)
  • baby potatoes (you can use normal potatoes too, just cut them into bite-sized pieces)
  • baby carrots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • butter, thinly sliced

How to Make Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin and Vegetables

Spray a large slow cooker with non-stick spray, or use a slow cooker liner. Add the pork tenderloin to the bottom and place the potatoes and carrots on top of the pork.

Season the vegetables with the seasonings, then place the slices of butter on top, covering the vegetables.

Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or HIGH for 6 hours, or until the tenderloin is cooked through. Slice up the tenderloin into medallions and serve with the potatoes and carrots on the side.

You could add some dinner rolls or a side salad on the side to make a complete meal perfect for a weeknight or for Sunday dinner.
