Chicken and Broccoli Macaroni Cheesy Casserole

Ingredients
1 – 7.25 oz box macaroni and cheese
1 tbs minced garlic
12 oz frozen broccoli
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1 cup sour cream
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup melted butter
1.5 cups cups crushed ritz crackers (or any crackers)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare the box of macaroni and cheese according to the box instructions. To a large bowl add in the prepared macaroni and cheese, minced garlic, broccoli, chicken, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheese, and seasonings stir well. Grease 9x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour the casserole mixture into the baking dish and spread out sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- To a small bowl add in the crushed ritz crackers and melted butter stir well. Sprinkle the crackers over the top of the casserole and bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
