How to Make Italian Chicken and Rice
This recipe is super easy to prepare. It only takes one pot to make. I like to use a Dutch oven because it heats evenly and cooks things super well. Plus, I feel fancier than when I use a normal pot, haha!
All you have to do for this recipe is follow a few simple instructions.
Cook the chicken. Cook the chicken in olive oil, butter, and seasonings for a few minutes
Add the broth and rice. Stir in the broth and rice and cook until the rice is tender.
Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan. Mix everything up and serve.
