It only takes a few ingredients to make this yummy sheet pan dinner.
- Chicken broth
- Worcestershire sauce (I always keep this on hand because it adds so much flavor to recipes)
- Ketchup
- Brown sugar
- olive oil
- Thick bone-in pork chops
- Fresh broccoli
- Red potatoes (or any other potatoes that you like)
- Salt and pepper

How to Make Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner
Marinate the pork chops. Whisk together the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a small bowl. add that to a large gallon size, plastic bag, or a large bowl along with the pork chops. Let that marinate in your refrigerator for at least one hour. Marinating the pork with chicken broth and other seasonings helps keep the pork nice and juicy!
Once the pork has been marinating for an hour, preheat the oven to 375°F.
Prepare the vegetables. Add the diced vegetables to a sheet pan along with a dash of salt and pepper and the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir to coat evenly.
Add the pork chops to the sheet pan with the vegetables, then drizzle the remaining marinade over the top of the pork chops and the vegetables.
Bake. Bake everything all together for about 18 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (If you don’t have a meat thermometer, you need to get one). Turn on the broiler and broil for about three minutes or until everything gets just a little crispy.
Serve and enjoy!

Loved this easy sheet pan meal. I used boneless porkchops, but other than that, followed everything else as written. For anyone making this recipe, be sure potatoes are chopped in small pieces (as she says, bite size) or else they won’t get cooked through. While most of mine were bite size, I had a few larger chunks that did not cook through.
As for the broccoli – someone shut the front door! It was amazing! I have a very picky kiddo who grimaces at the thought of eating broccoli. She decided to try it and I believe angels began to sing. She said it was the best broccoli she had ever eaten and she cleaned her plate! Win! Win!
Just wondering if you could use loin chops instead of bone in? Not a big fan of bone in meats
I tried this sheet pan dinner out and the marinade and juices from the pork chops made the broccoli taste to die for. I’ve never craved broccoli before like this. The dinner was delicious. The only problem I had was with the cook time. 18 minutes just didn’t get the meat completely done. This definitely a go-to favorite for us now
