Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 bananas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350โ. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
- To a large bowl add all of the ingredients and beat well. Scoop into 3 tablespoon-sized scoops and place on the sheet pan. Repeat until all of the cookie dough is gone. Bake for 12 minutes. Enjoy!

I just made these this morning. Mmm. I added some coconut, some dried banana chips & some white chocolate chips. I made mine smaller & I dropped the oven temp. to 325. I also pressed them down prior to baking. Yummy!!!
It’s too hot for the oven today, so I’m hoping these could be baked in the air fryer. What do you think? I appreciate your videos. I have gotten so many ideas & new recipes from them.
