One Pot Tomato Chicken Feta Pasta

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil
1 lb chicken tenderloins
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2-14oz cans Italian style petite diced tomatoes
12oz spaghetti noodles
5oz feta cheese crumbles
1/4 cup fresh basil (optional)
Directions
- Season the chicken on both sides. To a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat, add in the oil and once cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is completely cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken to a separate plate and set to the side.
- In the same pot we cooked the chicken in, add in the broth, diced tomatoes and noodles and stir well. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently until the pasta is cooked *If the liquid line gets too low add in 1/2 cup of water in at a time until the pasta is tender* add in the feta cheese, basil, and the cooked chicken stir well then serve!
