Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast

  • 4 tbs olive oil

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 1 lime juiced

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tbs paprika

  • 1/2 tbs chili powder

  • 1 tbs onion powder

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl or ziplock bag make sure the chicken is coated well in the marinade. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
  • Bake on 425 for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. (You can also grill the chicken)

  1. Thanks for this great fajita marinade recipe! We tried it for the first time today and loved it. This is going to be our new go-to recipe for Tex-Mex chicken to use in fajitas, tacos, burrito bowls, taco salads, quesadillas, and everything else we can think of.
