Classic Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups cooked cubed chicken
20oz cream of chicken soup
3 cups frozen broccoli florets
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 cups Italian style panko breadcrumbs
5 tbs melted butter
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl add the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, broccoli, and seasonings stir ingredients to combine.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour the casserole mixture to the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the top with 1 cup of the cheese.
- To a medium sized bowl add the panko breadcrumbs and butter. Stir to coat the breadcrumbs in the butter.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice or egg noodles. Enjoy!
