Hi. I made the dinner a little differently..Instead of brussel sprouts. I used broccoli. I didn’t use the red onion cause my husband gets heart burn from them. it turned out pretty good except I used parchment paper instead of foil..the broccoli got burned. I added a little salt afterwards cause there was no flavor to it..other than that. it was still pretty good. I’ll work on it again..lesson learned..lol oh! by the way is there any difference of using the foil instead of the parchment paper? gonna try more recipes. thanks!
Hi Julia! I’ve been watching your YouTube channel for a while now and have loved several of your recipes, but this one was just out of this world! It was perfect for me and my family because my husband and son are huge meat eaters and I’m a huge veggie eater. It was so nice only having to make one meal instead of one for them and one for me! The only thing I did different was to add a bell pepper because I love them roasted. Tomorrow night we’ll be trying your Slow Cooker Buffalo Wild Wingers Garlic Parmesan Chicken. I’m sure it will be delicious as well. Thank you for all the wonderful content and congratulations on the new addition that will be coming into the world soon!
Hi Julia…I don’t usually do food reviews, but I must say this recipe is awesome. The sausage was perfect for the veggie combination. My husband and I devoured all. I was hoping for veggie left overs but none to be had. I can’t wait to try your other sheet pan recipes. Thank you for sharing
