One of the many things I love about using a slow cooker is how simple the meals really can be along with the simple ingredients too.
But even with the simplicity of it all, the recipes are still absolutely delicious at the same time. And of course, as long as you have the meat you need, most of the time you already have the rest of the ingredients in the pantry to keep the recipes on budget too.
While there are so many great recipes you can make with the slow cooker, I figured I’d get you started with a list of my top 10 slow cooker recipes that you can make with two main ingredients for a simple dinner recipe.
Why are slow cooker recipes so popular?
Often times using a slow cooker is a great way for parents who work to have dinner close to ready for when they get home from work. Or when you know you will have a busy day and the last thing you want to do is make time and find the energy to cook dinner.
Plus who doesn’t love smelling a roast when you walk in from a long workday?
What type of meals can you make in a slow cooker?
There are so many great recipes for the slow cooker! Anything from soup, pasta, beef, chicken, appetizers, and more! You just have to find what you like and save it.
